supporting parents of new college students

Sending a teen away to college is a huge milestone, and many parents want support and connection with other parents in the same boat. On Tuesdays from 4-5 pm (CST), from September 8 to October 27, parents can connect through this online therapeutic support group. Topics covered will include what to expect, how to manage anxiety about your child moving away to college, discussion about how it’s been going, adjusting to life at home without your kid at home any more, and processing the wide range of feelings that come up.
