Loss is terribly painful, and you will come away from it a changed person. But you do not have to go through it alone. Grief is exceptionally personal, and I will work with you to make it less scary and unknown. Therapy will offer you time to discuss your feelings, to gain an understanding of the grief process, and to learn some tools to help you get through it.


A new addition to the family is one of the most exciting and difficult transitions you will make in your life. It affects your mood, your relationships and your sense of self. If you feel overwhelmed, anxious or depressed after becoming a parent, therapy can provide you the time, skills and support you need to rejuvenate.


EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization, Reprocessing) is a technique that has been proven effective in the treatment of trauma and other mental health concerns. I am trained in the advanced techniques of EMDR and am currently working toward EMDRIA certification.
